1. General Provisions

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on overall activity on the platform and regular active participation. ll444 reserves the right to include or remove any member from a VIP tier. VIP cashback funds are paid on a weekly basis and wagering requirements may also apply to them.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if discovered, will result in immediate account termination:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or under another person's identity.
• Fraudulent activity, hacking, use of bots, or software manipulation.
• Taking unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or identity.
• Strategically placing opposing bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Threatening or behaving improperly toward ll444 staff.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ll444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If participation in prohibited activities is proven.
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.
